An enquiry is free of obligation. This website does not accept payments. Before paying for a project, review the written proposal, payment milestones, cancellation conditions, and any agreed deposit treatment.
Requesting cancellation
Email support@gridquay.site with the project reference and your cancellation request. We will review the agreed scope, work completed, committed costs, and relevant project terms.
Work and costs already incurred
Any amount due or eligible for refund depends on the accepted project agreement, work already completed, and non-recoverable third-party costs. No blanket refund entitlement or blanket exclusion is created by this page.
Refund arrangements
Where a refund is agreed or legally required, the amount, payment method, and expected processing timing will be confirmed in writing. Third-party charges may be governed by that provider’s refund policy.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights. Raise concerns about delivered work promptly so a practical resolution can be discussed.
