These terms apply to use of gridquay.site. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse enquiry channels, or access systems without permission.
Enquiries and agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or require payment. Services begin only after a written proposal or agreement is accepted. The project agreement defines the scope, fees, taxes where applicable, payment milestones, timeline, revisions, support, and delivery arrangements.
Quotes and additional costs
Pricing depends on the agreed requirements. Hosting, domains, subscriptions, licenses, and third-party services are included only if explicitly stated. Scope changes may require a revised quote and timeline, agreed before additional work.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely approvals, and lawful content and access. You must hold the rights needed for supplied text, images, trademarks, and other materials.
Ownership and third-party materials
Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are set out in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, assets, and services retain their respective license terms. Website content may not be copied or republished without permission or another lawful basis.
Results and availability
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, advertising approval, or uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Work and support are limited to the agreed scope.
Cancellation and refunds
See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Project-specific conditions should be agreed in writing before payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
